These terms apply when you use the CritterMode storefront or place an order with us. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and to the store policies made available to you.

Products and orders

We work to present product descriptions, prices, images, and availability accurately. Appearance and fit can vary by pet, costume style, and screen. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order when reasonably necessary, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable merchandise.

Pet fit and safety

Measure your pet before ordering. Costumes should be used only while the pet is supervised. Remove a costume immediately if it causes distress or interferes with movement, breathing, eating, or drinking. Customers are responsible for deciding whether a costume is appropriate for their pet.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are presented during checkout.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Site use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use our content or branding in a way that violates applicable law or our rights.

Intellectual property

CritterMode branding, original graphics, site copy, and other store content are owned by or licensed to CritterMode and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify and other service providers for hosting, payments, analytics, shipping, and related functions. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store applies to future use and purchases after the update.
