Where’s my CritterMode order?

Once your order ships, check your shipping confirmation for the carrier tracking link when tracking is available.

If you need help locating an order, email hello@crittermode.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Please note that carriers can occasionally take time to show the first tracking scan after a label is created.
