CritterMode Shipping Policy

At CritterMode™, we want getting your pet into Creature Mode to be simple, clear, and stress-free. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, available shipping options, and what to expect after placing an order.
Where We Ship
CritterMode currently ships to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Our current U.S. shipping options are:
- Standard Shipping — $8
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Express Shipping — $15
The available shipping options for your address will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, we begin preparing it for fulfillment.
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent when available.
Please note that weekends, holidays, unusually high order volume, or circumstances outside our control may affect processing or delivery times.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates may vary based on your location, shipping method, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other factors.
When an estimated delivery timeframe is available, it will be shown during checkout or provided with your tracking information.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Multiple-Costume Packages
CritterMode offers package options for certain products.
When you purchase:
- 1 Costume — $34.99
- 2 Costumes — $59.99
- 3 Costumes — $79.99
the package contains the number of costumes shown for the same transformation style selected.
For example, selecting Spider / 2 Costumes means you are ordering two Spider costumes.
If you want different transformation styles, such as one Spider and one Lobster, please add each style separately to your cart.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information becomes available, we will send it to the email address associated with your order.
You can also visit our Track Your Order page for additional information.
If you have not received tracking information after your order has been processed, contact us at hello@crittermode.com.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at:
We will try to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be missing, contact us at hello@crittermode.com.
We will review the available tracking information and help determine the appropriate next steps.
Please allow reasonable time for carrier tracking information to update before reporting a package as missing.
Packages Marked “Delivered”
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your delivery location, mailbox, porch, lobby, or other safe delivery areas.
- Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel if applicable.
- Check the carrier's tracking information for additional delivery details.
- Contact the shipping carrier if necessary.
- Contact us at hello@crittermode.com if you still need assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@crittermode.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photos of the item and packaging when appropriate

Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
