At CritterMode, we want ordering your Centipede Cat Costume to be simple and transparent. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, our current shipping rates, tracking, delivery estimates, and what to do if there is a problem with your shipment.
Where We Ship
CritterMode currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Our current U.S. shipping options are:
- Standard Shipping — $8.00
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Express Shipping — $15.00
The shipping methods available for your specific address will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, we begin preparing it for fulfillment.
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available.
Please note that weekends, holidays, unusually high order volume, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control may affect processing and delivery times.
Estimated Delivery
Available delivery estimates may be displayed during checkout or provided by the shipping carrier once your order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If you need your costume by a particular date, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check your mailbox, porch, entrance, lobby, or other possible delivery areas.
- Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel.
- Review the carrier's tracking details for delivery notes.
- Contact the shipping carrier if additional delivery information is needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after receiving your order, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
