30-Day Return Window

Eligible CritterMode items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item should be clean, unused beyond a brief fit check, and in resellable condition. Items showing significant pet hair, odors, washing, staining, chewing, tearing, or other wear may not be eligible for a refund.

Start a return

Email hello@crittermode.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Please wait for approval, the return address, and return instructions before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return shipping

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different style or package, contact us first. When a return is approved, the simplest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order.
